I actually got in a decent workout – 35 minutes of intervals on the elliptical, followed by 20 minutes of weights and abs. This may be the first vacation that I have kept a semi-normal workout schedule and I’m loving it! I just feel soooo much better when I can get my workout in! Now I’m off to shower and go explore the UT campus! 🙂
