Energy Drain

What I feel like today:

On a scale of 1 to 10, my energy level today has been about a -4. I don’t know what the deal is! I got a decent amount of sleep and ate a good breakfast…I guess it’s just one of those days! I’m not diggin’ it though!

For breakfast I had a yogurt bowl similar to yesterday’s – Voskos honey greek yogurt, kiwi, apple, flaxseed, and oats. It was pretty delicious!

I’ve been in class since 11:45, so to keep me from getting too hungry, I snacked on a mix of almonds, peanuts, and peanut butter granola. Now I might sneak in a quick nap before I have to go to my last class from 6-8pm. Sorry this is such a blah post – Tuesdays are no fun!!
