Smoothie in a Bowl

Since I am still in scavenger mode for breakfast, it took me longer than usual to decide what to eat this morning. I wanted something light and delicious, so a smoothie sounded perfect. The following went into the bullet:

  • 7 frozen strawberries
  • 4 frozen peach slices
  • 1/2 a scoop vanilla protein powder
  • strawberry banana juice
  • orange juice

This smoothie ended up being super thick, so I served it in a bowl, topped with some Bear Naked Vanilla Almond Granola. Delish!

In case you didn’t know, today is FRIDAY! Which means I have no class, and a glorious four day weekend in front of me. 🙂

Does anyone have exciting weekend plans??
